WHAT IS SRT

Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) gently clears traumas, karmic patterns, trapped emotions, and limiting core beliefs—whether inherited from ancestors, carried from other lifetimes, or absorbed from others. As empathic beings, we often take on more than we realize. Over time, energies become lodged in the mind, body, and Spirit, blocking our ability to feel joy, create abundance, and experience lasting well-being.

Clearing this energetic buildup makes room for greater peace, clarity, prosperity, and joy.

Each person’s healing process is unique. Many begin to notice changes within a few sessions, though deeper or older issues may take more effort. The effects of a session continue to unfold over time.

It’s important to allow space for integration. One session every few weeks is sufficient. Sessions should take place in a quiet, undisturbed setting. While it's natural to want to revisit what happened, I don’t recommend recording the session. Revisiting what’s been cleared can reactivate old patterns.

AFTERCARE

After a session, your system will go through a period of clearing and adjustment. This is unique to each person. You might feel lighter, energized, and inspired, or you may notice temporary detox symptoms like fatigue, vivid dreams, emotional release, body aches, or changes in sleep or digestion. All of this is part of your body and Spirit recalibrating. To support integration, be gentle with yourself and consider the following: take a salt bath with Dead Sea or pink Himalayan salt. Stay hydrated. Limit exposure to toxic or draining environments. Spend time in nature. Journal or meditate. Give yourself space to rest. Your system knows how to heal—trust its rhythm.

what srt is not

Healing and medicine are distinct disciplines. I am not a licensed medical professional and do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure. Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. If you are facing serious health or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified provider.

SRT is a supportive tool that can complement a holistic wellness plan and is intended to support, not replace, traditional treatment.
